Party Cooking Centre BBQ This hugely successful party BBQ is extremely versatile and is as good for a small family BBQ as it is a Large party due to it's dual cooking modes. It can be used as a standard oil drum BBQ with half of the BBQ being used as the cooking area and the other half is the lid. Alternatively the lid can be folded flat to provide double the cooking area. However the really clever feature is the shelves on each side. These provide ample space for food, plates and drinks for those doing the cooking.
