Designed and engineered to be the ultimate play system, the Action Stations range is built using a combination of aluminium extrusion and reinforced injection moulded clamps. These have been created specifically for the range to provide strength, durability and ease of assembly. The architectural grade aluminium tubing is die-extruded to exacting specifications. Unlike steel it will never rust and it's low weight makes delivery and assembly considerably easier. UV-stabilised, tough and durable fabrics, nets and webbing that bring texture, imaginative, social and physical play activities and a suitable neutral colour to the frame. The Special feet are designed to spread the load of the Action Station over a wide area and prevent the tubes from damaging the lawn. Each of the feet has two pairs of holes to allow the included pegs to provide simple and effective ground-anchoring. An important feature of the Action Station range is the assembly instructions. A series of clearly annotated diagrams shows a stage-by-stage assembly process with larger clear diagrams. Each clamp is moulded with an integral name and simple reference number for easy identification. The aluminium tubes are all pre-cut and drilled and are each individually named and numbered. To ensure the product arrives in perfect condition all tubes are individually wrapped in a protective coating and the clamps are packed separately.
